Any products from Up2Stream are coming with 1 year warranty since the customer received the order from our website.

what circumstances can you apply for a replacement?

  2. Accessories are missing or damaged

 How to claim you warranty?

  2. Attach your order number and reasons why you claim the warranty.
  3. We will check your case ASAP and reply in 2 work days.

What you need to provide?

  1. Provide the order number when purchasing
  2. Provide a description of the problem and take photos or videos of the problem if possible
  3. Communicate with the online customer service staff to find a solution and confirm whether to exchange the product.
